Welcome to the home page of Peter Reid.

The site is split into various areas, to reflect my various interests. Extra areas are likely to appear as I find the time to write and code them. The new material is most likely to appear during the winter, when it is too cold and dark to do any wood work in my shed.

logo saying woodwork Woodwork Page - all about woodwork with pictures of some of my completed projects, and a few pictures of my bairns sitting on finished projects. Like everyone else I did some woodwork at school, and recently I went on a simple furniture making class to try and polish up my skills. However to be honest, my furniture is very basic. Hopefully the designs might give people some ideas of what someone of modest abilities can manage with very basic tools. I have a few other projects to photograph and upload details of, unfortunately the last time I photographed them indoors, none of them came out, so I'll have to drag them into the garden in the spring to get their photos taken. To the Woodwork page.
